Support and maintenance
Axeltra provides its customers with a full cycle services in application development process, from analysis and development to support and maintenance. We assume complete responsibility for the developed software solutions and through partnerships with hosting providers we offer ongoing support for the production stage of our software solutions. The same support and maintenance package can be offered even if the software is hosted on the clients’ premises.
Our typical contracts for the post development stage of software support and maintenance are signed for 3-year periods and the processes include:
- Environment configuration and optimization
- Backup configuration
- Software system monitoring
- Daily: software system status
- Weekly: backup status check and analysis of software logs and resource usage trends
- Monthly: critical security patches and upgrades
- Resolution of issues
Axeltra can do this more efficiently and with reduced costs – as makers of the software solution we are in the best position to take over the task of ongoing maintenance and ensure reductions in the software operational downtime as well as better software performance.
