The Scoring Case Study
The challenge
Our client MultiBase GMBH designs, implements and runs tailor made management information systems for the KPI based management of corporations. They work with sensitive information that needs to be analyzed and processed so that the managerial level of the company can obtain valuable input.
So MultiBase GMBH turned to Axeltra to develop a Rich Internet Application solution that will be intuitive and easy for everyday use by their clients.
The solution
The initial phases of the project were the project scoping and requirements specification done in conjunction with our client. The client’s wishes were combined with the Axeltra’s team proposals for a user friendly solution with appealing user interface and powerful features.

The end result of this work was the Scoring Management System based on individual scoring maps entered through the application interface. Each value was calculated and transformed into a risk assessment report with descriptive and graphical presentation of the collected data.

The technology used for this project was: Ext JS library as platform, ASP 3.5, MS SQL for the database and Microsoft Report Server.
The mutual satisfaction and the increased end user satisfaction with the use of the Scoring Management System were the biggest testimonies of a successfully completed project.
Benefits:
Axeltra has created a completely custom solution, so all the features are unique and compliant with the activities and business needs of the client. The special characteristics are seen in the interpretation of numerical and descriptive values and transforming them into a graphical presentation – better visualization of the data.
This has lead to making better business decisions based on clear data and facts which ended with improved performance and end user satisfaction.
