Axeltra stands behind the code it creates. Our standard contracts offer one year warranty for bug resolution and resource allocation for further application development. Among all the benefits the most important ones are the following:
- The long warranty guarantee will give our customers the assurance that if a bug is found it will be resolved within a reasonable period of time and no additional cost to the client. It will ensure flawless and uninterrupted operation of the software in the production environment.
- The one year resource allocation contract for further development will increase the software life cycle by keeping it up to date with the latest features.
- The length of our standard warranty contracts can be extended or adopted to the specific needs of the clients prior the project start.
