And you have...

At least 3 years of commercial experience in a hands-on testing role and are comfortable across a whole range of functional testing including UAT, acceptance and system testing with automation tools
Non-functional testing experience would be an added advantage
Familiarity with defect management systems
Strong experience of writing manual test scripts
Exposure to object oriented analysis and design and testing
Participated in full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering and analysis phase on long term projects
Experience of working closely with developers, analysts and the client
A knowledge of creating test frameworks and strategy, choosing automated testing tools and creating testing standards is highly desirable
Experience of testing on a program using Agile methods would be desirable, but certainly have opinions on Agile testing and its impact
