Business Analyst
If you join, you'll play a varied role in a really fast growing, non-hierarchical consultancy. This is the place to be if you want to get away from just writing documentation. We work collaboratively with our clients and respond to their changing needs to deliver real business value. Your work here will be varied; you could find yourself working on software delivery projects, business process change and project scoping. But you'll always be involved in facilitating workshops and communicating with clients to understand their business requirements.
We take our hiring very seriously and you'll have experience of the following:
- Strong track record of analysis on custom built software development projects, ideally written in Java or .Net
- Have participated in full life-cycle development on projects (more than 3 people, longer than 6 months)
- Gathering and developing functional requirements for OO, multi-tier applications
- Designing and facilitating requirements gathering sessions
- Experience of or interest in working in an Agile environment
- Dealing with Executive Level professionals to drive business outcomes
- Writing use cases or stories
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
